My contribution to `Endorell-Taelos's Rave Party
I had something else planned, so I sorta...mashed the two things together
Since I use MS Paint (the base is in PSD format
) =OnionBlitz was kind enough to make me a frame by frame 
But by then I realized that Pixlr.com also supports PSD files but it won't do animation and some layers didn't show
